What I am is a network marketing industry leader with experience in dealing with my own anxiety.


And to that point, Boo, I just want to break it down a little bit for you.

You see, I don’t just suffer from severe anxiety, I am also Type 2 bipolar and suffer from panic attacks.😥


Yet, I still run successful multiple 7-figure businesses. 💸

I do see a therapist and a psychiatrist help me deal with mine.


And I highly suggest that if you feel you need to, you get medical support, as well. 🎗️


There is nothing wrong with seeking help. Mkay, Boo??

1. Stop Obsessing 🛑


Stop obsessing over how you look before you go live, do a Live or Reel™ or whatever.


Don’t let your hair not being right stop you from showing the world your amazing products.

What I’ve done:


I’ve been going live with no makeup and my hair not done so I can learn to move past those thoughts.


Because it’s in the practice that we get better. 👌


2. During Presentation Anxiety 😟


What are the signs that you are suffering from anxiety when you are presenting?

Are you thinking…

No one is going to watch

I wonder what they think of me

No one is going to buy from me


Do you feel judged?


What I’ve been doing:


Showing up anyway… 💃


I think those thoughts even though people buy from me every day. I still wonder.



3. Post-Performance Thoughts 💭


How are you talking to yourself after you’ve performed?

Were you comparing yourself?

Are you critical of how you spoke?


You’re giving yourself that anxiety for no reason.


What I’ve been doing:



I swat those thoughts out of the air.

Literally.


Dealing with anxiety isn’t easy. But it is doable.

So, I want you to make an effort to push past it by swatting your negative thoughts. 😊


They do not matter.

Swat the thought. Do the thing. And get help if you need it.


You chose this industry for a reason…


that’s what you need to focus on and swat those thoughts out of your way so you can move forward. ❤️

The emotional roller coaster of anxiety is exhausting and when you throw in the momming,


the business, the being a good partner…and SELF-care…it’s like… 🤗



NOPE!


You want to shut down and not do anything.


But I know you can do this! I know you can perform even while on that roller coaster.


I’m going to give you three tips to try to get around your anxiety the way I do.


And know that when I say “severe anxiety and panic attacks”.

I literally mean I will physically throw up before getting on stage.


Yep, back in 2020 when I was post-partum and the world was upside down.🙃


I had to get permission from my therapist to be okay with getting so nervous that I would throw up before showing up.


At one point, it was so bad that I couldn’t even talk to my team without getting physically sick.



So, I want you to know – it’s OKAY to have performance anxiety. 👌



It’s okay to not be okay with showing up. You’re so much better because you’re you…just as you are.

Besides, if you were perfect, Boo Boo, you’d be boring. Amirite or amirite??😊


So, in spite of my anxiety, I still showed up.


Because I chose this.


I chose this. 🙌


And you chose this.


That’s why I want you to find YOUR way to getting around yourself so you can see yourself to your own success.
